01 General Terms & Conditions

777juya is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, and jackpot services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 777juya and its members.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of 777juya's services. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you agree to abide by these terms.

02 Account Registration

To create an account on 777juya, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Accounts opened with false details may be suspended at any time and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Accurate Information: Your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth must all be entered correctly.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• Account Transfers: 777juya accounts may not be sold or transferred to any other person.
• Registration verification: 777juya may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

03 Age Verification & Identity

You must be 18 years of age or older to play on 777juya. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening accounts or placing bets. 777juya has a zero-tolerance policy on this.

For identity verification, 777juya may request any one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate (for age verification purposes only)

Large withdrawals may require additional verification. This is done solely to protect our members.

04 Deposits & Payments

You can deposit at 777juya using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 BDT.
• Processing Time: Usually instant.
• Your Own Account: Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only.
• Third parties prohibited: Funds sent from or on behalf of another person's account will not be accepted.
• Transaction failure: If a transaction fails due to a technical error, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing your winnings at 777juya is fast and straightforward. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, funds are typically delivered within 3 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000 BDT (custom arrangements apply for large wins).
• Verification Required: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus Rules: Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

777juya reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is evidence of suspicious activity or a breach of our terms.

06 Betting Rules

When placing bets on 777juya, all members are expected to follow a set of core rules — applied equally and fairly to ensure a level playing field for everyone.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds changes: If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, you will have the option to place the bet at the updated odds.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Technical Errors: 777juya reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.
• Live Betting: Delays may occur in live betting, which can affect the outcome of bets.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Separate bet limits apply to each event and market.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

777juya's bonus and promotion offers are exclusive benefits for our members. Certain terms and conditions apply to all offers.

• Wagering requirements: A wagering requirement of 10–30x typically applies before bonus funds can be withdrawn (terms vary by offer).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses will result in immediate bonus cancellation.
• 777juya's Discretion: 777juya reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

08 Prohibited Activities

777juya is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical flaws for unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Bypassing the verification process using false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Placing opposing bets simultaneously to exploit bonuses (arbitrage betting).

09 Account Closure & Suspension

777juya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned before closure.
